Our family farm is located in Eastern Connecticut and dates back to the late 1800s. Today you will find horses, dogs, barn cats, chickens, and ducks.

Varieties of native flowers grow naturally and flourish every year. Over the years we have planted seeds creating small meadows in sunny patches that bring perennial blooms all summer long. This year we’ve added a small cutting garden for more inspiration.

Traditionally our farm is a hay farm, growing special hay for horses.  The flowers started out as something fun for us to do.  Why not plant seeds and see what happens?  We left the weeds that flowered because we thought they were pretty. The flowers are imperfect and overgrown leaving us with a beautiful environment we enjoy.
